In separate messages to the Prime Minister and President of Armenia, Iranian President congratulated the Armenian National Day, stating, “I believe that with the efforts and seriousness of both parties and the efforts of the two countries, significant achievements can be made in the new era to strengthen regional security and stability and the two nations’ interests”.
Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi’s message to the Prime Minister of Armenia is as follows:

Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia,
I would like to offer my sincerest congratulations to Your Excellency and the people of your country on the National Day of the Republic of Armenia.
It is a pleasure that in the past years, the mutually beneficial relations between the two neighbouring countries of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Republic of Armenia have been on the path of progress and have improved quantitatively and qualitatively.
However, the great potential of the two countries, in addition to the new regional and global conditions, have put emphasis on the deepening of the relations between the two countries and the redoubled efforts of the parties to implement past agreements, discovering new areas of cooperation and strengthen structural ties between the two countries, especially in transportation and energy.
I take the coincidence of the beginning of new governments in the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Republic of Armenia as a good sign, and I believe that with the efforts and seriousness of both parties and the efforts of the two countries, significant achievements can be made in the new era to strengthen regional security and stability and the two nations’ interests.
I pray to God Almighty for Your Excellency’s health and success of and the people of the Republic of Armenia’s prosperity and felicity.
