Your Excellency Mr Cyril Ramaphosa,
Honourable President of the Republic of South Africa,
I would like to offer my sincerest congratulations on the National Day of the Republic of South Africa to Your Excellency and the people of your country.
The world today is facing several crises in political, economic and social fields, and the outbreak of coronavirus has doubled these problems. I hope that the two countries can cooperate in defeating the pandemic and development of relations and cooperation in all fields of mutual interest.
I wish Your Excellency health and success and the people of the Republic of South Africa prosperity and felicity.
