Tehran (ISNA) – Taq-e Bostan is a historic landmark located in Kermanshah Province of Iran.
The site boasts rock reliefs from different historical eras representing the culture and traditions of ancient Iranians.
The most significant monuments of Taq-e Bostan include two reliefs depicting Khosrow II, Shapur II, and Shapur III.
There is also a river near this historical monument, which has created a lovely atmosphere there.
Due to the changes that have been made in recent years such as restaurants built there, this historical place is not as beautiful as it was in the past.
Taq-e Bostan is on the tentative list of the UNESCO, meaning it may be inscribed on the World Heritage List.
