good news iran: Ancient petroglyphs of Alvand mountain in Hamedan prov.
HAMEDAN, May 17 (MNA) – Alvand petroglyphs, as large as about one square kilometer, are located on Alvand Mountain which indicate a very ancient civilization in this region.
The discovery of these petroglyphs shows the fact that history of civilization and human life in this region is very long which dates back to many years ago. The name of this work has apparently not been registered in the National Heritage List.
