“Macbeth Zar” to go on at stage at closing of Saint Petersburg Festival

This performance is to take the stage at the closing of Saint Petersburg Festival as the selected piece of Russian Association of Theater Critics.

Artists from France, Denmark, Poland, Estonia, US, Japan, Bulgaria, UK, Russia and Georgia will take part in the festival, which is going to take place May 23- June 2.

Saint Petersburg Theater Festival has been held annually since 2000 and one of its notable features is hosting new and original performances.

“Macbeth Zar” will represent Iran in this festival. It has been the selected work in Moscow Nights Festival and appreciated in the Munich Festival. This performance has also gone to stage at the Avignon Festival and GITIS International Institute of Russia as well as other festivals in Armenia, Azerbaijan and India.
