Gharibabadi arrives in New York
Tehran (ISNA) – Iran’s deputy judiciary chief for international affairs and head of Human Rights Headquarters Kazem Gharibabadi arrived in New York to attend the meetings of the Third Committee of the General Assembly and to hold bilateral and multilateral consultations.
Gharibabadi is accompanied by a member of the Parliament of Iran and the chairwoman of the Parliament’s Human Rights Committee, Zohreh Elahian.
During his visit to New York, Secretary of High Council for Human Rights will meet and talk with members of the Non-Aligned Movement, the Group of Friends in Defense of the Charter of the United Nations, and ambassadors and permanent representatives of different countries.
