Iran’s Foreign Ministry Director-General for West-Asia Seyyed Rasoul Mousavi announced that a meeting of foreign ministers of Afghanistan’s neighboring countries will be held in Tehran soon.
“There is a significant diplomatic movement to understand developments in Afghanistan and their impact on the country’s future. Different countries pursue their diplomacy through different mechanism,” Mousavi wrote on his official Twitter account.
“The future of Afghanistan lies in regional cooperation with neighbors. A meeting of foreign ministers of Afghanistan’s neighboring countries will be held in Tehran soon,” he added.
