Iran, Indonesia ink 11 pacts

Tehran (ISNA) – 11 cooperation documents and memoranda of understanding were signed between high-ranking officials of Iran and Indonesia.

The ceremony of signing documents and memoranda of understanding for cooperation between the Islamic Republic of Iran and Indonesia was held and the officials of the two countries signed 11 documents.

Preferential trade agreement, abolition of visas, cultural exchanges, supervisory cooperation on the production of pharmaceutical products, cooperation in the fields of science, technology and innovation, and bilateral cooperation in the field of oil and gas, were among the cooperation documents signed between the ministries of foreign affairs, communications and information technology, petroleum and vice-president for science and technology affairs and deputy minister of industry and their Indonesian counterparts.

Also, the signed cooperation documents were unveiled in the presence of the presidents of the two countries.
