Mat weaving art in Southern Iran

TEHRAN, May 27 (MNA) – Hasir Bafi, or mat weaving, is one of the oldest fields of handicrafts in the Iranian plateau. Mat is woven with palm leaf fibers in the Iranian southwestern province of Khuzestan.
