Haniyeh Rostamiyan becomes runner-up at ISSF World Cup
Tehran (ISNA) – Iranian sports shooter Haniyeh Rostamiyan finished second in 25 meter rapid fire pistol event of ISSF World Cup, Baku 2023.
Haniyeh Rostamiyan came second in the fourth day of Baku 2023 World Cup shooting competition in the final event of 25 meter rapid fire pistol, winning the silver medal. Representatives from China and Germany came first and third respectively.
During the 25 meter rapid fire pistol event of ISSF World Cup 2023, in which 95 athletes took part, Rostamiyan finished at the 9th rank and paved her way through the final event.
Other Iranian representatives in this category, namely Zeinab Toumari and Golnoush Sebghatollahi finished 46th and 93rd respectively.
