Iran crowned at 2023 World Deaf Futsal C’ship

Iran’s national squad defeated Sweden on penalty shootouts to be crowned at the 2023 World Deaf Futsal Championship.

The two teams equalized 1-1 at the end of the match and the penalty shootouts determined which team to win the title.

Eventually, Iran defeated Sweden 3-0 on penalties.

The World Deaf Futsal Championships 2023 was held in Sao Paulo, Brazil from November 10 to 19.
