TEHRAN, Jan. 09 (MNA) – Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf deemed the root of the terrorist act in Kerman to be the activities of ISIL terrorists in Afghanistan, seeking to create insecurity in Afghanistan’s neighboring states.
