Tehran (ISNA) – Jahan Nama is a nature reserve located in Golestan Province of Iran.

Being the second-largest reserve in the Province after the National Park of Golestan, the region is approximately 38 hectares in extent.

Jahan Nama nature reserve reaches an altitude of three thousand meters, and large parts of Golestan and the Caspian Sea are visible from its heights.

There is also a village in the nature reserve used by villagers of the region from mid-spring to early autumn.

Jahan Nama is a beautiful and pristine region in which there are neither power and telephone lines nor gas pipelines, and people use nearby springs to get drinking water.
