Memorandum of Understanding Signed Between the Noor International Microfilm Center and ISC

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed between the Noor International Microfilm Center and the Islamic World Science Citation Center (ISC), formally launching a joint initiative to digitize, index, and systematically organize Persian digital manuscripts and archival documents from South Asia.
