good news iran: Japan confers Imperial Order upon former Iranian ambassador
Tehran (ISNA) – Japan conferred Order of the Rising Sun, Gold and Silver Start upon former Iranian Ambassador to Tokyo Mohsen Talaei.
Talaei served as the ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Tokyo from 2004 to 2008. He received the second class of the Order of the Rising Sun decoration from the Japanese government.
Dr. Abdorrahim Govahi, Dr. Mohammad Hossein Adeli, and Dr. Manouchehr Mottaki are among other Iranians who have received the badge from Japan.
Dr. Mottaki was the only Iranian to receive the first class of the Order of the Rising Sun, called Grand Cordon.
