good news iran: Iran, Russia establish cultural centers
Tehran (ISNA) – Iran and Russia reached an agreement on establishment and framework of cultural centers which is signed by the foreign ministers of the two countries.
The signing ceremony of the agreement was held in the presence of Mohammad Javad Zarif and Sergei Lavrov at the Iran’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Zarif and Lavrov talks took place before the signing.
