Iran has raised its demands under the 14-point Islamabad memorandum following repeated US violations of commitments, extensive sanctions and the continuation of military pressure, former Iranian diplomat Seyed Ali Saghaian told ISNA in an exclusive interview, stressing that Tehran will no longer implement its obligations unilaterally and will monitor Washington’s compliance “moment by moment.”
