I would to express my sincerest congratulations to your Excellency and the people of your country on the National Day of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Given the historical and cultural common grounds between the two countries and in the light of joint efforts, I hope to see more and more development of relations between the two countries in all economic, political and cultural fields.
The efforts of the governments of the two countries to remove obstacles and make the most of the existing capacities can be a great step towards applying practical solutions to develop relations and provide more welfare for our nations.
I ask God Almighty for the health and success of Your Excellency and the well-being of the people of the Kyrgyz Republic.
