Two Iranian short films “Doubt” directed by Ali Tasdighi and “113” by Neda Assef have been invited to the 14th edition of Bali International Film Festival.
Established in 2007, the Bali International Film Festival, also known as Balinale, is recognized internationally for the diversity of its programming consisting of Indonesian and international independent and award-winning fiction, documentary, feature, and short films. Balinale is known as a platform in promoting Indonesian cinema and for supporting important educational development through workshops and seminars.
The 14th edition of Bali International Film Festival will be held November 11-14, 2021.
The synopsis of “Doubt” reads, “Amir and Nazi are moving in the car on a mountain road that is facing strange things”.
The cast includes Pejman Jamshidi, Niloufar Koukhani and Shahram Shariat.
The synopsis of “113” reads, “Soldier number 113 is overtired and has fallen asleep in the military base conference room, in which the meeting sessions are held. When he wakes up, things have gone out of hand”.
Ali Pouya Ghasemi, Ali Nasir, Farid Yousefi, Majid Moghimi, Amir Moghimi and Vahid Sedighzadeh are among the cast members of the flick.
