Iran, Tajikistan discuss cultural cooperation

In the meeting between an Iranian cultural delegation headed by Abdol Hossein Khosrow Panah, Secretary and member of Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution with Khairuddin Osmanzadeh, the chairman of the Center for Strategic Research under the president of the Republic of Tajikistan in Dushanbe on Tuesday, the two sides emphasized the importance and necessity of expanding and deepening scientific, cultural and artistic relations between the two sides.

Khairuddin for his part said in the meeting that “We try at the Center for Strategic Research to assess the needs of the two countries in the field of science and culture, and facilitate the necessary administrative and ceremonial procedure related to the cultural relations between the two countries in the presidential institution and within the presidential office of Tajikistan.”

After the meeting, the Iranian delegation visited some cultural and historical sites in Dushanbe.
