Iran calls on UN to refrain from holding Arria-formula meeting

Tehran (ISNA) – Iran’s ambassador and permanent representative to the United Nations Amir Saeid Iravani in a letter described holding a meeting entitled “Ongoing Protests in Iran” as a dangerous precedent, calling on the UN to refrain from taking any action that may contribute to the holding of this meeting.
