Mehrdad Oskouei one of jury members of Millennium Docs film festival
Tehran (ISNA) – Iranian documentary filmmaker Mehrdad Oskouei participated in the 20th Millennium Docs Against Gravity Film Festival in Poland as one of the jury members.
The festival was held from May 12 to 21 in Poland, and Mehrdad Oskouei attended as one of the jury members in the main section of the event.
Millennium Docs Against Gravity Film Festival is the biggest documentary film festival in Poland, held in 7 cities at once.
Mehrdad Oskouei is an Iranian filmmaker and photographer whose works have been recognized at various national and international festivals, earning him multiple awards.
One of his notable achievements includes winning the Best Director award for his documentary feature film “Sunless Shadows” at the 32nd International Documentary Film Festival Amsterdam (IDFA).
“Starless Dreams”, “The Last Days of Winter”, “Days Without Calendar”, “Nose, Iranian Style”, “Maryam Island” and “Behind the Veil” are among other works of Oskouie.
