good news iran: Parviz Tanavoli’s carpet collection on display in Tehran

Tehran (ISNA) – Iranian sculptor Parviz Tanavoli has collected one thousand and 408 carpets from nomads and villagers of Iran for 65 years.

These photographs show 88 carpets of this unique collection on display at the Carpet Museum of Iran.

Iran’s Ministry of Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts, and Tourism will put this collection on permanent display at Parviz Tanavoli Museum in Shiraz.
