Iran congratulates Chile on successful holding of elections

“Congratulations to Chile for successful presidential elections. We wish the new government every success and look forward to strengthening the ties between our two nations based on mutual respect and shared interests,” Esmaeil Baghaei wrote in a post on his X account on Monday.

Jose Antonio Kast won Chile’s presidential election on Sunday with winning 58% of the votes.
