Tehran (ISNA) – Eshtehard Desert, located in Eshtehard County of Alborz Province, is 60 kilometers long and 20 kilometers wide.
The desert features beautiful salt domes in its central areas, called the colorful hills of Eshtehard.
The hills are in different colors and have created beautiful scenery in the Eshtehard Desert.
The soil in this region is not fertile and contains different minerals such as salt, zinc, copper, and manganese, and that’s why the hills are colorful.
